Lola, EFDA - Patient Care Coordinator
Lola grew up in Lebanon Missouri. After graduation, she moved to Oklahoma City and lived there until 1999. She then moved back here and now resides in Elkland Missouri. While in Oklahoma, she attended Platt College in Oklahoma City receiving her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification. After moving to Missouri, she received Missouri Expanded Functions certifications for Restorative I & II, Removable Prosthodontics and Emergency Palliative Care. She attended many different meetings & Continuum in cosmetic dentistry at the University of the Pacific with nationally recognized cosmetic dentists along with Dr. Betsy McQueary. She is married, has two grown children, and loves riding her horses and spending time out doors with family and friends. She had a great time working with patients and seeing the joy of building beautiful smiles while she worked as a dental assistant. As of February 2018, she has been at the front desk, where she greets the patients and is able to visit with them and make sure they are using their insurance benefits to the maximum.
Kristin - Insurance Coordinator
Kristin grew up in Kirkwood, Missouri and came to Springfield to attend college and she still lives in town. She attended Southwest Missouri State University, now MSU, where she earned her bachelor's of science in sociology with a social work minor in 1997. Kristin started working the front desk in 2014. Now she is our insurance coordinator; she helps our patients find out what benefits they have and answers insurance related questions.
When she's not at work, she revels in spending time with her husband, two bonus sons, and two daughters. She is active in leading her daughters' Girl Scout troop, crafting and crocheting, and she's the one who makes our lip balm everyone loves.
Lonna, RDH - Hygienist
Lonna grew up in Reeds Spring, Missouri, and currently resides in Rogersville. She graduated from UMKC in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
She and her husband have fun keeping up with their young son, Maddax, and dog, Kingsley. Together, as a family, they enjoy camping, UTV trail riding, and hanging out on the lake.
Her passion for dentistry is demonstrated by her kind approach in helping her patients learn and understand the importance or oral health and the role it plays in whole-body health.
Kiley, RDH - Hygienist
Lemmie, EFDA- Assistant
Lemmie is from Springfield and joined our practice in 2019 after working with Dr. Sletto at an office in Nixa, MO. She received her Expanded Functions Certifications for Restorative I, Nitrous, and Fixed and Removable Prosthetics from OTC in 2004. However, she has been in the dental field since 2000, working in many different areas within the dental office, including Front Desk, Assisting, Account Manager and Lab Technician.
Lemmie is a proud mom of two grown daughters and loves her new role as a "Mimi" to two grandkids. She loves relaxing at home with her husband and their dog, crafting on her Cricut machine and canoeing and camping.

Cassy, EFDA - Assistant
Cassy is a Certified Dental Assistant and attended Ozarks Technical Community College also receiving her Expanded Functions. She joined our team in 2021.
Her favorite thing about dental assisting is being apart of giving someone back their smile and creating a bond that encourages patients to keep their healthy smile.
Cassy is from Riverside, California and now resides in Springfield. She enjoys house plants and trying to keep them alive. She also likes to spend time with her family. When she is not outside with her dog, Lady, she is relaxing inside watching movies or reading.
