Standard Adult Plan:

• 1 preventative cleaning every 6 months

• Oral cancer screening with cleaning

• 1-2 exams per year

• Annual Bitewing X-Rays or Full Mouth Series/Panoramic as needed

• 1 Emergency Exam with X-Ray per year

• 1 Fluoride treatment per year

• 20% Discount on all treatment needed 

• $400 per year

Standard Child Plan:

Age 12 and under

• 1 basic cleaning every 6 months

• Oral cancer screening with cleaning

• 1-2 exams per year

• Annual Bitewing X-Rays or Full Mouth Series/Panoramic as needed

• 1 Emergency Exam with X-Ray per year

• 1 Fluoride treatment per year

• 20% Discount on all treatment needed 

• $300 per year

Perio Maintenance Plan:

• 1 periodontal maintenance every 3-4 months

• Oral cancer screening with cleaning

• 1-2 exams per year

• Annual Bitewing X-Rays or Full Mouth Series/Panoramic as needed

• 1 Emergency Exam with X-Ray per year

• 1 Fluoride treatment per year

• 20% Discount on all treatment needed 

• $750 per year
